Carter is a bay 15'1 hh thoroughbred (OTTB) foaled in 2007. When you meet Carter, you are not surprised that his first career on the race track was not very successful- he is calm, quiet, and prefers snail speed and cuddles over running. Carter loves attention, grooming, and sunbathing, and has been a star student in therapy since the day he came to Shining Hope Farms about a year ago.
