Salute Trail Run

Our 3rd Annual Shining Hope Farms 5k/10k Salute Trail Run will be at our Conover farm on September 9th, 2023. We will be honoring Veterans, first responders, law enforcement, and those we lost on 9/11.

Proceeds and sponsorships from the Trail Run will support our Veterans’ program Saddles and Salutes. Veterans have the option to choose from a Veteran specific curriculum through Therapeutic Riding or group Veteran Equine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions with a specially trained licensed mental health counselor.

Race participants also have the option to form a team and raise money to Sponsor a Service Member through our Saddles and Salutes program for a year. Every $1,000 raised provides a Saddles & Salutes scholarship.
